For in-restaurant redemption, you will…

1. Order applicable menu item 
2. On your account, you will navigate to the Menu -> Rewards -> Redeem reward
3. Select “Redeem in store" -> select “Redeem my reward now” -> confirm readiness to use -> continue
4. The timer will start, and the reward will disappear from your account after 60 minutes or if they select “Mark as Used”
